Returns Policy

For the UK only, we offer a return policy of 7 days granted the original product packaging remains intact and not tampered with.  Please allow 5-10 days after we have received your products for the refunded money to enter your account. No returns are available for other countries.

 

In no circumstances can we offer a refund, a credit note or exchange goods that have been tampered with, opened or used (unless they are faulty). For this reason, we strongly recommend that you purchase a 1ml sample first. Once opened, perfumes cannot be returned for subjective reasons.

 

We do not accept returns of samples.

 

Please note that you are responsible for packing the returns well and we won’t be able to accept back goods damaged on their way back to us because they have not been cushioned well or at all.

If you simply changed your mind and wish to return your purchases, the cost of shipping the goods back will have to be covered by yourself.

 

Please note that dropping a glass bottle and smashing it does not qualify as a manufacturer’s fault. Perfume bottles are fragile objects and require careful and considerate handling and when dropped they break.

The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable and are displayed in £ (GBP).

Shipping Costs

For UK shipping, the standard rate is £2.99, for express shipping, it is £5.99.  Shipping to other countries begins at £9.99 for Europe and £14.99 for the rest of the world. For wholesale orders, shipping is via EMS or DHL, contact us for wholesale enquires.
